The purpose of this document is to summarize the results from the needs and vision analyses performed in the different Living Labs at the case study sites of EVOKED. It consists of an introduction to why we are looking at needs and visions, and how this part fits in the Living Labs Processes. The background, visions and needs of the different case study sites are compared, and some common needs are further investigated. This deliverable also includes a glossary of terms used within EVOKED, as well as the full 'needs and vision templates' from each case study site.
